I trained with Daniel for 7 months and I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my health. Setting realistic goals, and knowing that I was working towards them, really helped to motivate me. Training definitely wasn’t easy and it was a challenge to keep up the exercise, but I gradually felt my strength and endurance beginning to improve. I had more energy and drive to keep up a healthy lifestyle. I like that Daniel tailored the training sessions to my personal needs and planned exercises for me to do during the week, even following up and asking how I was going in my recovery. It felt really great to see results and to actually have the proof in measurements that I was getting closer to my fitness goals. Knowing someone was there to constantly check up on me really kept me focused and helped to remind me that my efforts were worth it. I would definitely recommend BBHAF to anyone!

I continue to train with Daniel because of how much better I feel after getting some results! It is hard work, but I love how I can see that my body is changing and getting fitter and healthier. It's not just weekly training sessions, but there's accountability to someone for exercise and diet throughout the week. I like that I can ask a question whenever I have one, and that he provides answers. At the very first session, we set realistic goals and these goals are re-evaluated if need be. The sessions are full of variety that are always striving to meet my goals. I like that each session is a challenge. The regular progress checks serve as extra motivation. Daniel writes programs for me to follow outside of our training sessions, which is helpful. I really appreciate how often he goes above and beyond with the service that is provided, and the fact that BBHAF does massages really helps in my recovery. I definitely recommend this awesome service.

My sister and I engaged Daniel for a pre-wedding workout to get into shape for the big day. With 16 weeks to go before the wedding, we weren’t hoping for many results but I can honestly say, not only did I shift some weight and get some shape in my body, it also helped me cope with the stresses that working full time, having 3 kids under 7 years of age and organising a wedding can bring. We booked in for 30min sessions twice a week – that was all it took. It was the best investment I made prior to the wedding. I felt fantastic and everyone commented on how great my sister and I looked and how much weight we had lost. I’d highly recommend it – especially for all upcoming brides – workout with your husband to be or your bridesmaids as you get into the spirit of the wedding! You’d be amazed at how the excitement and adrenalin of the upcoming day can contribute to getting awesome results. Make sure you book in as early as you can – the more weeks you get in – the better the results you’ll have!!

For the past 9 months I have been using the PT services Daniel provides and I absolutely love it. Being able to train in his home gym is awesome. It's clean, there's never any wait for the equipment and I always feel inspired when I walk in. Daniel knows his stuff for sure, and his ability to pass on knowledge is incredible.
